We are pleased to announce the October 2023 winners:


 

Ontario Masons Achieve 98% Faster Invoicing

The operations at the Grand Lodge of Canada in the Province of Ontario were bolstered by the move to iMIS. Since their iMIS implementation, the Ontario Masons have:

  • Significantly increased data integrity and quality  
  • Gained a tremendous amount of information as records have been reconciled 
  • Decreased the manual processes that had previously kept the lodges running

Going through this digital transformation has also meant that they are now able to email members directly, instead of relying on lodge secretaries, ensuring communications are passed along to the thousands of members in a timely and accurate manner.  

iMIS took the Ontario Masons online. This digital transformation automated processes and improved communications with members while gaining valuable insights.

Ontario Association of Social Workers

The Ontario Association of Social Workers Create a Plan for Continuous Performance Improvement

Since 2021, the Ontario Association of Social Workers has worked through ASI’s Performance Improvement Advisory Service program, first creating an iMIS Roadmap and then executing that roadmap with the advice and direction of Troy Stenback, ASI’s Director of Client Performance Improvement.

During this time OASW has transformed. They are highly engaged from top to bottom. Upgraded to iMIS EMS in 2022 as part of their first-year roadmap, started a Digital Innovation Committee to unify the team in its approach to their digital transformation and lead the organization forward.

Congratulations to OASW for their work through the PIAS and their iMIS Evolution.
