Meet the May award winner who is doing great things with iMIS to embrace digital transformation for their association and improve member engagement.
The iMIS Great Things Awards were created to celebrate and recognize clients (and their solution provider partners) who are using iMIS more, using it better and getting greater value from the platform. The award is not about being perfect, but is about committing to and striving for continuous performance improvement and using iMIS to advance your mission by serving your donors and community at the highest levels.
Awarded monthly, we review countless submissions from the iMIS community, sharing stories on the great things their peers, colleagues, and partners are achieving. We are pleased to announce the May 2023 winner:
A collaboration with staff, association members, and their solution provider
Michelle Berrones from Pennsylvania Dental Association (PDA) contacted ISG Solutions, their long-time solution provider, for help creating a new website to update and modernize PDA’s online presence.
PDA’s members shared specific feedback about improvements they would like to see on the new website. ISG’s web designers got to work and put together a design for PDA’s new website based on the that feedback. PDA reviewed and approved the new design, and ISG’s web developers implemented the new iMIS RiSE site template, theme, and features. ISG then provided training and guidance for Michelle to overhaul and update all of PDA’s website content for the new website. When the new site was ready, ISG assisted PDA with the launch.
When we (ASI) reviewed the PDA site, we found it to be intuitive, easy to navigate, intentional (a lot of thought went into the order, the design and the content), layout of the pages, and attractive.
We toured their site as a member and prospective member, finding it easy to join, renew, make purchases, find and register for events, access resources and education, and learn about the leadership history and governance of the PDA.
Congratulations to the PDA team and ISG Solutions for creating a valuable resource for the dental association in Pennsylvania.
