Trained as an attorney, Nathan has developed his laser-like focus on customers through a 30+ year career that has evolved from a property manager & legal counsel in the rental apartment industry to Association Executive and consultant in the nonprofit sector to his current position leading the executive level engagement programs at Advanced Solutions International, the creators of the Engagement Management System, iMIS, including the Performance Improvement Advisory Service, Great Things Awards and the iMIS Business Excellence Forum.
