Here are some of the updates that I’m excited about:
🔎 Preview a business object without a query
Staff can preview the first 100 rows of a business object without adding it to an IQA query, simplifying validation and analysis.
- Review and configure a business object effeceinetly, without back-and-forth between BOD and IQA
- Preview tab shows first 100 rows with all display columns
- Includes a Create an IQA query using this BO link

🎟️ Understanding product and event pricing
Staff users see clear explanations of how product and event prices are calculated, including pricing groups, member discounts, and timing-based pricing.
- Pricing messages for products indicating the source of the price
- Tooltips for events showing how prices are calculated
- Easily understand where a price is coming from without investigation

❔ Deleting event questions with no responses
To keep newly copied events and overall event setup clean, questions with no responses can now be deleted. This helps prevent clutter in event reports and ensures that only relevant or actively used questions remain.
- Administrators can now remove event questions that have no responses, keeping event data organized.
- Gives event managers more control over the setup of copied or draft events.
- Reduces unnecessary questions that may confuse registrants or clutter the interface.

🔗 Renewal notifications can include a Pay Invoice link
Renewal notifications issued from Membership > Renewals > Issue notifications can now include a direct Pay Invoice link. This enhancement allows recipients to pay outstanding dues without signing in, while ensuring that all payments are automatically applied to the correct member account. This enhancement supports persisted cash and accrual dues invoices.
- Renewals issued from Membership > Renewals > Issue notifications can now include a secure link that allows members to pay their renewal invoice directly.
- Reduces friction in the renewal process and makes it easier for members to act immediately upon receiving a reminder.

✏️ Custom membership invoice descriptions
To offer greater flexibility and clearer communication on membership invoices, you can now define custom invoice descriptions for persisted cash or accrual dues billing invoices. This replaces the system-generated descriptions that would typically use the first product in the invoice lines as the overall invoice description.
- Define invoice description text for membership invoices, rather than relying on the system-generated default.
- Previously, iMIS automatically used the first product listed on the invoice as the description. This enhancement allows organizations to override that and provide more accurate or meaningful text.

💸 Pay installment pledges as a public user
Public users can now pay individual pledge installments online, helping them stay on track without staff assistance or prepaying the full pledge.
- View pledge installment invoices from public account page
- Select installments individually for payment
- Checkout securely through the shopping cart

📝 Custom details for gifts, pledges, and adjustments
Staff can add custom fields to gifts, pledges, and gift adjustments, allowing for better classification, reporting, and tracking of donations.
- Create a custom Gift Entry Additional Details panel
- Add invoice panel sources for data collection
- Integrates with gift and pledge information pages

💳 Stripe direct debits in New Zealand
New Zealand users can now process BECS direct debit payments through the Stripe gateway, enabling recurring payments for donations and membership fees.
- Supports BECS direct debit payments for recurring transactions
- Integrates directly with the Stripe gateway
- Works for both staff and public users
