Added an optional floating Cart content record that remains visible while scrolling.
Added plus and minus controls to make adjusting item quantities easier.

A new search query has been added to help identify archived AutoPay payments. The default search continues to return live payments, including failed payments, while the new query allows users to view successful AutoPay payments older than 90 days. This reduces processing load and improves AutoPay reliability.
Key features
Separates older, successful payments from live payment data
Maintains the existing default search behavior for live payments
Uses the same search criteria for both live and archived payment queries
