As we head into 2022, we’re reminded that these last couple years have been unlike anything we’ve ever experienced and, if the first couple months is any indication, we’re going to continue to adapt to a shifting “new normal”. Thankfully, through the turbulence of the last couple years many organizations who are using iMIS have seen great success in adapting their businesses to the changing needs of their members and donors. The iMIS EMS platform provides a solid foundation that they’ve been able to build on to evolve and adapt and continue to engage regardless of what comes next.
The experiences of the last couple of years have many of our clients pondering their own digital transformation. How can we continue to stay engaged with our members and donors? What services can we provide to help our members and donors adapt and thrive? Here in Austin, we’ve been busy working to strengthen the iMIS EMS platform to help your organization transform to continually improve and grow through these uncertain times. If your organization still hasn’t made the jump to iMIS EMS, we encourage you to start planning for the move as part of your own process of continuous improvement. We’re continuing to strengthen the iMIS EMS platform by improving the performance and reliability and adding new features for you to put to use.

iMIS Forms allows you to create and manage forms to make it easier than ever to collect and manage your data. Powerful and flexible forms can be created and deployed based on your iMIS data so that users can interact directly with iMIS, helping to ensure that your data is always accurate and up to date. You can also add a review process to your form workflow so that your staff can review and approve data before it is updated in iMIS to make sure that you’re collecting the right information every time.
Advertising can be a key component of your organization’s revenue stream. Track and manage advertising opportunities from sales through insertion. iMIS Advertising will track every important detail, including analytics, media order management, media assets, production, sales commissions and billing.
New members are the lifeblood for any association and sometimes a special offer is just the thing to convince them to join. In addition to offering promotions for events and product sales, you can now offer promotional discounts to encourage new members to join your organization.
The standard iMIS invoice is now using an iMIS Report Writer template, which can easily be tailored to meet the needs of your organization. As we continue to add additional reports to iMIS, we’re building up the library of sample reports that can be customized and tailored for your organization to be sure you can get the information that your users need. With the introduction of iMIS Pay, we’ve made payment processing in iMIS simple, secure and affordable. iMIS Pay gives you low rates, automatic card updates, next day funding and significantly reduces PCI requirements. Now, with iMIS Pay, you can process refunds directly to the credit card that was used to make the payment.
