The Law Society of South Australia modernized its online presence with a new RiSE website and upgraded member portal integrated with iMIS. Within the first 3 weeks of go-live, members downloaded and submitted over 2,000 forms through the new Law Society Forms directory, immediately reducing support calls and errors. The platform simplified regulatory processes, turned hundreds of paper-based forms into efficient digital workflows, and gave members easy online access to certificates, invoices, and events.

LTEN unified operations across membership, accounting, education, and awards. They cut 20 hours of manual accounting work per month, which eliminated the need for an independent contractor, while also reducing new member onboarding from 7 days to just 2 hours, while also streamlining user access through single sign-on. This transformation allowed LTEN to better support its members while decreasing the required staff and financial resources.

The Paramedic Council of New Zealand digitized its registration and practicing certificate applications into iMIS forms. The system eliminated paper-based workflows, cut processing times, and improved accuracy, while supporting more than 5,000 registered paramedics. By enabling paramedics with a more transparent, self-service experience, the Council reduced administrative overhead and increased compliance.

The Veterinary Council of New Zealand partnered with government to deliver biosecurity training using TopClass integrated with iMIS, preparing veterinarians to respond to exotic disease threats. The program trained 200 practitioners in its initial rollout, equipping them to manage critical risks such as foot-and-mouth disease, and demonstrated exceptional effectiveness in delivering regulatory training at scale.
