The Learning Hub offers a blended mode of training delivery, including:
- Online Learning: Access to scores of iMIS courses on demand
- Instructor-Led Training: Live courses at a set time and date
- Ask the iMIS Coach: Small group sessions where clients can ask specific questions of an iMIS expert.
Users can utilize the Learning Hub to search through a catalog of more than 1,000 hours of on-demand classes or follow one of the many "Learning Pathways" that guide them through the courses they need to take to gain proficiency within a specific area. Classes consist of 1-2 hours of training, short quizzes to ensure subject-matter retention, and recommendations for additional learning. Completed courses are then added to a user's transcript. Managers can assign pre-established pathways and track progress through a team dashboard — thereby making onboarding new staff, increasing user competency, or providing professional development opportunities simple and effective.
