What is the Membership Performance Benchmark Survey?

Every year for over a decade, we’ve been gathering valuable input from membership and association professionals around the world to uncover the membership trends affecting you. Your insights are crucial to finding association industry trends in membership engagement and retention levels, digital transformation, and more.

The benchmark survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete and closes on September 30, 2025. All response data is kept confidential and is only reported in aggregate form.
