Kristina Drosos

Kristina Drosos is the Director of Client Experience at ASI, with over 15 years in the association and non-profit technology space. Her passions lie in ensuring that internal and external relationships are maintained and enhanced and this has brought her to the position she is in today. She works with all client-facing departments within ASI to maximize iMIS feature adoption and confirm process optimization is top of mind. Kristina received concurrent Bachelor’s degrees from Toronto Metropolitan University (previously Ryerson University) in Toronto. Her degrees are in Administration and Information Management and Information Technology Management. When she has some spare time, Kristina enjoys dabbling in culinary arts.
